19 new acts have now been confirmed for the GuilFest 2012 line up. 

Friday 13th July sees dub reggae outfit The Skints, cult punk rock star TV Smith, psychobilly punks DragSTER and all female Ramones tribute act The Ramonas performing on The Vive Le Rock Punk/Ska Stage; with local rockers Polar on The Big Cheese Cave, and rising dubstep star Subscape and breaks/electro masters Pyramid on the Kane FM Presents Funky End Dance Tent.

On Saturday 14th July you can catch ska punks Tyrannosaurus Alan and 9 piece ska outfit New Town Kings on the Vive Le Rock Stage, self proclaimed fish-punks Crowns on The Big Cheese Cave, and bass music champions Brookes Brothers on The Kane FM Presents Funky End Dance Tent. 

On Sunday 15th July, the world’s number 1 Sex Pistols tribute act, The Sex Pistols Experience and rock/soul group Stone Foundation are on The Vive Le Rock Stage, the hilarious Rubber Bandits and Post-hardcore Scots Yashin are on The Big Cheese Cave, the undisputed king of chap-hop Mr B The Gentleman Rhymer and folk singer/songwriter John Spillane are on The Good Time Guide Stage; and drum and bass stars Friction and Sigma are on The Kane FM Presents Funky End Dance Tent.

This new set of additions join an already announced line up of Olly Murs, Bryan Ferry, Jools Holland & His Rhythm and Blues Orchestra feat. Roland Gift, Tulisa, Jimmy Cliff, Gary Numan, Candi Staton, Cher Lloyd, Tim Minchin, Chic feat. Nile Rodgers, The Straits, Buzzcocks, The Undertones, Nouvelle Vague, Skindred, Beth Hart, Young Guns, The Wurzels, Ash, ABC, The South, Heaven 17, The Beat, Republica, Andy C, Benga, Sub Focus (DJ set), Kids In Glass Houses and StooShe.

So, GuilFest continues to bring its uniquely eclectic line ups to Stoke Park with truly something for the entire family at the festival this year.  Keep your eyes peeled for many more acts to be announced across all 12 stages for this year's GuilFest – The line up is set to grow to a total of over 200 acts!  As well as music, elsewhere on the site you can find attractions such as The GuilFest Vintage Fayre and La Discotheque as well as GuilFest favourites: The eFestivals Cosmic Comedy Zone, The Man In The Moon Theatre Tent, Farmer Giles Barndance, The Eden Peoples' GuilFest Gallery, The Plantation Zone (an area specially for the under 18s), and the brilliant GuilFest KidZone, Also as usual you can find a great arts & crafts village, Massive 150ft Beer Tent, Calypso Cocktail Bar, Street Performers, delicious food from around the world, and much, much more – you can even pop right next door to the Guildford Lido and enjoy a swim in the beautiful 50m outdoor pool!
