Enter Shikari are set to headline Saturday at this years 2000treees, where they will join previously announced headliner At The Drive In.

Enter Shikari's front man, Rou Reynolds comented

“Despite not being fortunate enough to attend before myself, I’ve heard nothing but exceptional things about 2000trees Festival; and having not played any UK festivals since May last year I’m buzzing to play out in the English open air again. If you see me without a gin in my hand at any point during the festival rectify that situation immediately, won’t you? Cheers!”

Other bands added to the line up are Black Foxxes, Boston Manor, Loathe, Conjurer, Shvpes, Holding Absence, Chapter & Verse, and Holiday Oscar.

From festival organiser James Scarlett said

“To have Enter Shikari joining At The Drive In as a 2000trees Festival headliner is a massive statement for us and I really feel that this announcement reaffirms our place as the best independent rock festival in the UK. Both bands are absolutely outstanding live and at 2000trees Festival they’ll both be playing full length headline sets. We’re 12 years old this year and this is without doubt going to be the biggest and best 2000trees yet.”

2000trees Festival takes place from Thursday 12 - Saturday 14th July at Upcote Farm, Withington, Gloucestershire. Since it was launched in 2007 has built a reputation for delivering some of the best underground acts from around the world, while actively promoting British talent. Each year some 80 bands perform across the site.

The festival isn't all about the music, it has a great selection of food and locally produced ciders, ales and lagers. Add the friendly vibe and beautiful location and you have the receipe for a wonderful festival.
