They may not be able to guarantee last year’s superb weather, but our friends over at the Acoustic Fest can promise you a great festival this year. The festival starts Friday 20th May at Uttoxeter Racecourse in Staffordshire …. And there are still tickets available on the gate.

With some of the best facilities around (including some of the best loos we’ve seen!) and a splendid line up including giants of the folk & rock scene (Fairport Convention, Cerys Matthews, Fish, The Spinners, and Steve Harley included) this is not one to miss.

Acoustic Fest is a unique event, providing the audience an opportunity to see great bands performing their talents in an acoustic setting …. exactly as the music was originally conceived.  The true talent of the artist & the true beauty of the music shines through – think MTV Unplugged and you’ll get the picture.

This year promises a special treat with a number of guitar virtuoso’s on show – including workshop sessions so you can get up close & personal.
