Greenbelt festival returns to Boughton House this summer between 26th-29th August 2016. Some of the highlights announced so far include: Faith and belief contributions from American priest and Black Lives Matter, activist Broderick Greer, sociologist and theologian Elaine Storkey, theologian Meg Warner, pastor and author Nadia Bolz-Webber, Elizabeth Oldfield Director of Theos think tank and Canon Mark Oakley Chancellor of St Paul’s Cathedral.

Music line-up includes award-winning artist Akala from New Orleans, The Hot 8 Brass band, Afrobeat legend Pat Thomsa, pop duo Sea + Air, folk fusion group Ella and the Blisters and spoken word rock band Listner. 

The literature stream features renowned poet Lemin Sissay MBE and Anthony Wilson, creator of Lifesaving Poems.

In the Ideas stream, veteran peace activist Satish Kumar, environmentalist Bill McKibben and radical economist Eve Poole.

Archbishop Of Canterbury Justin Welby will also be at the festival and the winner of the Michael Ramssey Prize will be announced during the weekend.

Weekend tickets for 18-25 year old's are on offer at £75 until the end of March.
