The Great Escape have announced a further wave of acts for this year's festival including  the likes of Superorganism, Tom Grennan, Tom Walker, Erol Alkan, Goat Girl, Let’s Eat Grandma, GAIKA, Japanese Breakfast, Yellow Days, and Teeks. 

2018 will also see a new 2,000 capacity venue on Brighton Beach.   The new festival site will be home to two venues to watch the very best new artists as well as bars, food stalls, hang out areas and pop up performance spaces.

Curators at The Beach include Island Records, AWAL, Dr. Martens and many more to be announced very soon. 

The Great Escape takes place from Thursday 17th - Saturday 19th May 2018 at various venues throughout Brighton. With over 400 bands playing in 30 venues over 3 days The Great Escape is the ideal festival to see emerging talent from around the world. In addition to pre-publicised performances, impromptu street gigs spring up all over town. In addition to the music there are 3 days of seminars where the movers and shakers of the industry host debates and workshops.

Running in parallel with The Great Escape is The Alternative Escape which hosts numerous club nights, label parties, industry showcases, unique collaborations and outdoor gigs all add to the festivities.
