Today we can confirm a number of new additions:
• Legendary Bristol based reggae group Black Roots have been added to the Saturday line-up. Other additions to the Saturday are Team Brick and The Sundowners. Added to the Sunday line-up are Thought Forms.
• The Cinema programme has been finalised. New additions are: John Ford's The Searchers, The Coen Brothers Fargo, the James Mason narrated curiosity The London That Nobody Knows, Mark Cousins documentary Cinema Iran, cult classic Easy Rider and the swinging 60s documentary Tonite Let's All Make Love In London featuring footage from the 14 Hour Technicolour Dream shot at Alexandra Palace. Also on Sunday, ATP presents a special interactive screening of cult hit The Room.
• Today we can also announce we will be hosting a bar In the lovely Rose Garden of the Palace, with entertainment from the Charles Morris Jazz Band, DJing from Nick of Intoxica and dj.78 (using a pair of 1930’s HMV wind-up gramophones and a big box of 78rpm shellac discs) and magician Steve Faulkner (2nd place in Magic Circle Close-Up Magician of the Year 2010).
• We can confirm that Food vendors for the event will include Big Apple Hot Dogs, Falafel & Fish And Chips from the people behind the Blue Juice Cafe, Pieminister, Taco Truck, Banh Mi 11, Giddyup Coffee and Wholefood Heaven amongst others. We'll also have a cocktail bar and Ale from the Redemption brewery.
• As part of their curatorial duties, Portishead have picked a number of books to recommend to their fans - Room by Emma Donaghue, Life by Keith Richards, Blood River by Tim Butcher, Whole Earth Catalogue by Stewart Brand, A Darker History Of Bristol by Derek Robinson and This Sporting Life by David Storey. See our website for more details.
• Lord Sinclair's legendary ATP Bingo and Pop Quiz will take place (Bingo on Saturday, Quiz on Sunday)
