Following the release of their main headliners, reggae, roots, dub and sound system and Psychedelic Gatherings line up, Boomtown have now released details of the third of their twelve individual district line-ups with the ska, punk and metal offerings of Diss-Order Alley. This will sit alongside a truly eclectic mix of already announced headliners on the Town Centre stage including rock-rap supergroup Prophets of Rage, Slaves, Gogol Bordello, Killing Joke, Therapy?, Atari Teenage Riot  and two-tone legend Neville Staple Band.

Last Gang in Town present the flagship punk venue Hangar 161, which is in the form of a full scale aircraft hangar and is headlined by American punk rock icons, the politically minded Pennywise alongside them, will be energetic crust-punk from Leftöver Crack, ska punk stalwarts King Prawn, anarcho-punk from Subhumans and, flying the flag for grindcore, Extreme Noise Terror. This year's Boomtown will have a solid Russian contingent represented on the bill with; thrashcore punks Svetlanas, adrenaline charged thrashers Siberian Meat Grinder as well as the return of Moscow Death Brigade with their unique politically charged blend of techno, rap and punk.

Pioneering independent record label Earache Records are back with their venue Earache Factory dedicated to extreme and heavy sounds. Grindcore ambassadors Napalm Death, Swedish melodic death metal masters At The Gates, Brummy industrial metallers Godflesh, Canadian hardcore punks Cancer Bats and Japanese Crossfaith with their unique fusion of electronic with metalcore.

The Bunker brings a totally global ska line-up to the newly named ska hub; Brazilian ska-core from Abraskadabra, reggae, rap, ska crossover from Italian 12 piece Shanti Powa, from France; ska-punk party starters Skarbone 14 and Beer Beer Orchestra and Spanish ska flavours from Limando. Representing the UK there is two-tone inspired ska pop from Death of Guitar Music, raw, ballsy ska punk from Millie Manders & The Shut Up and lairy ska-soul from Brighton’s The Meow Meows. Joining them will be heaps of Boomtown favourites including Skata Tones, Crinkle Cuts and The Midnight Zu and a very special set celebrating 40 years of two-tone from Wrongtom.

Boomtown is unlike any other festival with different ‘districts’ that make up the ever evolving ‘city’. Each district is a mini festival in its own right, with a main stage, smaller venues and an interactive theatrical experience as part of the overarching festival storyline and its own unique mix of genres represented.

BoomTown takes place from Wedensday 7th -  Sunday 11th August at the Matterley Estate nr. Winchester.
