Cockermouth Rock Festival is very pleased to announce the finalised charity donations from the proceeds of CockRock 2011. 

It is with great pleasure that we are able to donate £4,000 to be equally distributed between the Cockermouth Mountain Rescue and the Pride of Cumbria Air Ambulance. 

Cockermouth Rock Festival continues to be one of the only Cumbrian based festivals that donates the vast majority of its proceeds to Cumbrian charities. In total the festival has now raised over £44,000 for charity. 

CockRock 2011 was held on the 22nd - 24th July, the line up was truly diverse with something for everyone, from The Bluetones to Funeral for a Friend, Gallows, Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel and Goldie Lookin Chain who stole the show on Saturday night! and with new addition The Green @ CockRock a whole new area was born, even the weather was lovely!
