Deafbox Fest has become the sixteenth festival to confirm a festival slot for the winner of Live and Unsigned 2012! Based in the town of Mansfield, Deafbox Fest will give competitors the opportunity to play alongside some of the hottest acts in the UK and entertain the masses this September!  

The headliners of this year’s festival include Me vs Hero, Silent Screams and Kids Can't Fly, bands you can often find in national music magazines and TV channels including Kerrang!, Rocksound and Scuzz, with a strong supporting line up of over 60 fantastic bands. 

Taking place over the course of two days at the Intake Club in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire to 1500 music lovers; Deafbox Fest promises to be an incredible festival with it’s packed out line-up. 

Live and Unsigned winner to play Deafbox Fest! 

The victor of the Live and Unsigned Final this year will play Deafbox Fest as part of the Live and Unsigned Festival Tour. The winner will have the amazing slot of playing right before the headliner of the second stage. 

The festival aims to be a stepping stone for highly talented bands to gain the recognition they truly deserve, being a hotbed for new young talent with amazing headliners all destined to make a dent on the music scene. 

Deafbox Fest also has an ethos of bringing a mix of genres to its audience including the genres of Reggae, Hardcore, Dubstep, Metal, Rap, Ska, Indie, Punk, Pop-punk, Comedy and Acoustic proving that variety is the spice of life! 

Live and Unsigned Festival Tour

Deafbox Fest is just one example of the festival opportunities up for grabs at the Live and Unsigned Grand Final, which will be taking at The O2. Those who make it to the Grand Final will be competing for £10,000 cash and slots at up to 16 festivals!!

The winner of Live and Unsigned 2012 is so far scheduled to play at the following festivals; Glass Butter Beach, Bingley Music Live, Sundown, Relentless Energy Drink Boardmasters, Strawberry Fields Festival, Brownstock, Stockton Weekender, Just So Festival, Cockermouth Rock Festival, London Summer Jam, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Lancaster Music Festival, Brisfest, Leopallooza, Shrewsbury Fields Forever Festival and now Deafbox Fest! These festival slots are subject to genre suitability and dates.
