Fairport’s Cropredy Convention music festival is delighted to announce that Seth Lakeman will perform at the festival as a special guest on Saturday 13 August 2022. The announcement completes the festival line-up.

Seth Lakeman is a real favourite with Cropredy’s audience having played the festival on three previous occasions. His barnstorming performance was a highlight of Cropredy 2019.

Seth’s set will open the show on the Saturday to get the day off to a flying start. It will feature new material from his newly-released studio album Make Your Mark. The songs were written during 18 months off the road due to the pandemic.

Other highlights of the three-day event include The Trevor Horn Band, Steve Hackett’s Genesis Revisited, Clannad and – of course – host band Fairport Convention.

Fairport’s Cropredy Convention will be staged on Thursday 11, Friday 12 and Saturday 13 August 2022 in its usual farmland location in Oxfordshire’s Cherwell valley.
