Organisers have revealed the first 15 bands for ArcTanGent 2018, including math-rock pioneers GIRAFFES? GIRAFFES! playing their first ever European show,  a Thursday headline slot for And So I Watch You From Afar (performing their new album in its entirety for the first time) plus special performances from Pianos Become The Teeth and Foxing. 

Also on Thursday we have a Holy Roar Records vs Big Scary Monsters takeover on the PX3 and Yohkai Stages featuring Jamie Lenman, Rolo Tomassi, Alpha Male Tea Party, Talons, Tangled Hair, Bossk, Svalbard, Gulfer, and Body Hound and loads more still to be announced. Thursday  will be topped off with the madly bonkers idea of Gallops playing a full band live set at the silent disco.  Dan Beasley to ATG with his new project GUG.

ArcTanGent Festival takes place from Thursday 16th - Saturday 18th August at at Fernhill Farm just 10 miles south of Bristol and only 2 hours from London. The festival is renowned for being one of the few festivals dedicated to Math-rock, Post-rock and Noise-rock. Capacity is strictly limited to 5,000 and tickets include 3 nights camping, over 70 bands across 4 stages, a silent disco until 3:00am and excellent food and drink.
