The first wave of acts for The Great Escape 2018 includes: Pale Waves, Lewis Capaldi, Bad Gyal, and Dream State.  The Great Escape takes place from Thursday 17th - Saturday 19th May 2018 at various venues throughout Brighton. 

With over 300 bands playing in 30 venues over 3 days The Great Escape is the ideal festival to see emerging talent from around the world.  In addition to pre-publicised performances, impromptu street gigs spring up all over town. In addition to the music there are 3 days of seminars where the movers and shakers of the industry host debates and workshops.

Running in parallel with The Great Escape is The Alternative Escape which hosts numerous club nights, label parties, industry showcases, unique collaborations and outdoor gigs all add to the festivities. 

In addition to the acts announced for the festival, MIST and MoStack will be headlining s spotlight show on Saturday 19th May at the Brighton Dome.
