Glastonbury announced the launch of some new initiatives to encourage Festival-goers to come to this year's Glastonbury by bicycle, as part of our new Green Traveller campaign. As well as reducing their carbon footprint and avoiding being stuck in car traffic queues, anyone who does arrive on their bike will get several benefits, including a free lock-up and an allocated campsite just for cyclists.

Plus, of course, like anyone arriving at this year's Festival by public transport, they'll get a Green Traveller card which gives discounts on food and T-shirts, as well as exclusive access to solar showers and compost toilets.

Even better, if you're in Bristol or one of 30 towns within 20 miles of the site, you'll be able to join an organised ride and have your luggage delivered to the Festival.
