On the evening of Friday, June 17th Glastonbury Festival was informed by MyHab Ltd that the company would not be fulfilling its commitment to provide Festival-goers with accommodation at Pennard Hill Farm on Cockmill Lane, East Pennard. Naturally, we were as shocked by this sudden and unexpected news as those of you who have booked with Myhab no doubt are.

Realising that many Festival-goers faced not getting the facilities that they had paid for, Michael Eavis made the decision to ask the Green Tent Company to step in and provide accommodation, at the Festival's own expense. No payment has been made to the Festival by MyHab Ltd.

As we write, GTC are constructing a tented campsite with a bar and catering, to provide accommodation and facilities (including showers, toilets and parking) for every customer who has booked through MyHab.

Although this situation is certainly less than ideal - and all the accommodation provided will be tents rather than MyHabs - we very much hope that you will still be able to enjoy the benefits of the facilities at Pennard Hill Farm. Please note, you will need to supply your own bedding/equipment.

Any claims for refunds or compensation should be made directly to MyHab Ltd, via the contact details provided on their website, www.myhab.com, which are as follows:Email: [email protected]: 077864 38101 / 0207 397 4912Address: 8th Floor, 80 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6HL

Please remember to bring your MyHab invoice with you, as proof of purchase. The address of the campsite is Pennard Hill Farm, Cockmill Lane, East Pennard, Somerset BA4 6TR.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Festival.
