Getting onsite

Take a look at the campsite map, choose where to camp, and prepare your route onsite. If you're driving, please follow the signs and directions from our stewards and use the designated unloading bays.

The shuttle bus timetable is also available to download, with details of our subsidised service which runs between Cheltenham train station, the town centre and the Racecourse, throughout the weekend.

Things to prepare

If you're 11-17, take part in the Christian Aid Youth Swishing event in the Shed by bringing a good piece of clothing that you'd be happy to swap.Plus take a look through all of these previously-announced opportunities to get involved:

We're still looking for people for our Fire Team a few First Aiders as well as friendly, welcoming and organised people who can be onsite from Thursday for our Contributors Reception. Please let Linda know if you fit the bill - [email protected]

Christian Aid at Greenbelt 2011

Christian Aid - Greenbelt's longest-serving partner - has a full range of brilliant events, activities and sessions at Greenbelt 2011. They'll be looking at why so many poor communities are forced to leave their homes due to changing climates, and picturing what the world of the future will look like. Take part in their Campaigns Academy, or visit the Christian Aid tent, with fair-trade cafe, Kids Crazy Crabs Corner, and events on the cafe stage including performances by Martin John Nichols

Traidcraft

Greenbelt sponsors Traidcraft will be in the G-Source exhibition venue over the weekend, exploring not just fair trade, but flourishing trade. They're looking for photos in G-Source to illustrate 'flourishing', to refect a recent exercise with the Ndima tea-growing community. Their stand will display the photographs of the community, and will ask festivalgoers similar questions.Find out more here »
