The Hop Farm Music Festival is pleased to announce that it will be taking place in Kent on Friday 29th June, Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July 2012. This will be the festival’s 5th year.

Building on the runaway success of 2011, organisers are busy booking a line up that will match up to the great bill of 2011 that included Prince, Eagles, Morrissey, Bryan Ferry, Brandon Flowers, Iggy and the Stooges, Lou Reed, Patti Smith and many more.

Vince Power, said: “We had an amazing year this year. For me personally it was one of the best festivals I’ve done, ever. Having Prince close the festival was phenomenal. Eagles and Morrissey played amazing headline sets too. Given that Prince’s performance at Hop Farm was one of the defining festival moments of 2011 we’re working even harder to ensure 2012 surpasses everyone’s expectations.”

2012 will see the festival stay as a 3-day event, maintaining its No Sponsorship, No Branding, No Secondary Ticketing, No VIPs and No Registration ethos.  It remains a festival for music lovers that don’t like to feel that their festival is a product of a corporate machine, and one that can still attract the world’s biggest artists.

Early Bird tickets for the event go on sale Friday 23rd September at 9am. The 3-day weekend tickets include camping and parking. These tickets will be available at the reduced price of £130.00 until the 1st of December when they will increase.
