Ibiza and Mallorca live are proud to announce TINIE TEMPAH will grace BMC’s Square Stage for a second time at this year’s Mallorca Live Festival on 17th July, joining exclusive headline act Dizzee Rascal.
Undoubtedly one of the UK’s biggest home-grown stars, Tinie smashed into the UK charts back in 2010 with his massive debut single ‘Pass Out’, since then Tinie hasn’t left the top of the UK charts. With a plethora of class A collaborations to his name, including Chase & Status, Swedish House Mafia, Ellie Goulding, Kelly Rowland and fellow Ibiza & Mallorca Live headliners Labrinth & Wretch 32. Live, Tinie has proven he’s a force to reckoned with, dominating the festival circuit since he exploded onto the scene back in 2010 after making his Glastonbury debut alongside hip hop royalty Snoop Dogg on Pyramid Stage.
Ibiza and Mallorca Live is undeniably the hottest music event to hit the Balearics this year, an explosive 15 week, multi-tiered, clubbing experience bringing the biggest and hottest UK acts to the islands this season. Featuring a plethora of the biggest UK & international artists, Ibiza and Mallorca Live are bringing an A-list festival experience to the Balearics this summer with a line-up rivalling that of the UK & Europe’s leading festivals.
Getting ready to blow the party isle into another stratosphere, Ibiza and Mallorca Live are bringing over 10,000 party-goers at two of the most legendary clubs on both sides of the Med the ultimate live music experience. The pioneering concept of Ibiza and Mallorca Live promise’s to bring a totally unique and unforgettable clubbing extravaganza to both islands on a weekly basis throughout the summer.
Every Tuesday as the sun sets over the party town, Mallorca Live will bring the streets to life, hosting the biggest outdoor gig the island has ever seen as 7,000 sun-kissed party goers descend into the square situated behind the infamous club BCM for the ultimate live open-air show on a specially constructed stage. As Mallorca’s party reaches fever pitch the headline act is whisked off stage onto the Ibiza Live jet and flown 130 miles to the White Isle where they hit the stage for a second time and take the party through until dawn with Eden’s 4,000 eager ravers.
Ibiza and Mallorca Live curator and Ivor Novello/BRIT Award winner Simon Belofsky said “we tested the concept out last year at Eden with big acts like Example, Tinie Tempah and N-Dubz, the shows were completely sold out and the venue was at capacity - so we learned very quickly that there is a strong appetite for this kind of format in Ibiza.’
