A few do's and dont's to get you through the gates faster:

- No Glass Bottles allowed at all - for the sake of the Deers hoofs!

- Alcohol is allowed onto the campsite in reasonable amounts.

- Gazebos are not allowed, sorry but we need to leave comfortable space for everyone to camp.

- BBQ's and Gas Cookers are allowed but please be safe and sensible with them.

- Leave no trace. Respect the Deers home and use bins and skips provided at all times.

- We have cash points on site in the Village Green and the main arena but advise you bring plenty for the weekend.

Please also bring a form of I.D with you. Do not be offended if you are asked to prove your age, take it as a compliment!

Kendal Calling has a zero tolerance policy towards drugs.

Please drink responsibly and stay safe.

And most importantly don't forget your fancy dress!

Beasts and Machines or you could say Animals and Robots! It's the clash of nature and the machine in the Deer park.

Big trees and big soundsystems, delicate flowers and delicate instruments. Saturday is fancy dress day and we can't wait to see the festival come alive with costume.

New for 2011 Pamper camper:

The campsites own little beauty retreat, with help from The Retreat at Kendal College and Instyler. Allowing all you beasts and machines to groom your manes and tighten your bolts! With a variety of treatments to make your claws sparkle and machines shine. Come and find us!!
Not long now,
See you all in the fields!
