Massive Attack are the latest edition to the British Summertime and will headline the festival which takes place in London's Hyde Park on Friday 1st July.

Also artists appearing on the 1st July are Young Fathers, Patti Smith, TV On The Radio, Warpaint and Ghostpoet, with more to be announced soon.

British Summer Time, is a unique festival offering, each live music-packed weekend will be linked by a midweek programme of diverse entertainment, accessible for all to enjoy.

Each weekend will see live music over four stages in ticketed events.

From Monday to Thursday, the entire site, saved for the main stage, will give visitors the chance to get involved with smaller, more intimate events offering film, music, literature, sport and a specific family day that will expand the experience to genuinely appeal to the whole family.

2 July: Florence + The Machine, Kendrick Lamar, Plus Jamie XX, Cat Power, Todd Terje and The Olsens, Blood Orange and Kamasi
8 July: Mumford & Sons, Mumford & Sons, Alabama Shakes, Wolf Alice, Mystery Jets, Nick Mulvey, Baaba Maal, Børns, The Very Best, South Africa’s Beatenberg and Baio.
9 July: Take That, Olly Murs, Ella Eyre, Jamie Lawson & Nathan Sykes!
