Toumani Diabate & Juan Carmona & Josemi Carmona & Javier Colina & Guests have been added to the line up of this year's WOMAD Festival.  WOMAD takes place from Thursday 28th to Sunday 31st July 2016 at Charlton Park, near Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

Also added to the line up are Konono No1, King Creosote, Bamba Wassoulou Groove, Fuel Fandango, Hackney Colliery Band, Inna Modja, Iration Steppas, and Kapucha, Onra, Twelfth Day and Malmesbury Schools Project with Escola de Carnaval.

WOMAD a melting pot of talented artists from around the world, with around 200 performances from more than 100 artists, across seven stages.

The festival has dancing and instrument workshops with incredible musicians, poetry, talks and debates, colour and life, you can dance under the stars with musical revelry into the early hours and then relax under the trees in the arboretum the next day and rest in the World of Wellbeing.

It’s not only the sights and sounds, the food is also a treat at WOMAD – culinary joys from all around the world await you.

Artists already announced for WOMAD Festival 2016 include: George Clinton And Funkadelic/Parliament, Baaba Maal, John Grant, Roots Manuva, Charles Bradley, St. Germain, Anoushka Shankar, Buika, Ibrahim Maalouf, Grit Orchestra, Pat Thomas & Kwashibu Area Band and Sidestepper.
