The UK’s first ever pop up Festival, outside:inside, will embark on Reading this July, with a whole host of music, arts and festivities completely taking over an array of venues, outside spaces, closed commercial properties, churches and more!  With artists confirmed including Lee Scratch Perry, The Fall and DJ Derek, plus many more stunning artists to be announced, Reading will be the town to hit this Summer – and not just over the Bank Holiday weekend.
