Off The Tracks Festivals are proud to announce the full line-up for the Spring Festival 2011.
Both Off The Tracks Spring and Summer Festivals sold out in 2010, so now’s the time to make sure you get your tickets – at the incredible value of £65 for the weekend, including camping. With more than 30 bands over two stages, real ale, fantastic food and great family-friendly facilities, Off The Tracks is a Sunday Times Top 100 Festival and top "Small is Beautiful Festival", perfectly situated in beautiful farmland in the heart of England.
Festival co-founder Andy Cooper says: “As always, we wanted to create a line-up which brings together the best in music from around the world.“Last year’s festivals were an enormous success and we’re confident we can do it again in 2011.
“The great thing about Off The Tracks is that we know we’ll be seeing the familiar faces who’ve supported us year after year – and the new faces who are experiencing what we can offer for the first time.”
Off The Tracks’ headline acts for Spring 2011 once again demonstrate our commitment to bringing together a truly eclectic, quality line-up:
The Christians – a band with a social and political conscience, at a time when the world needs just that. Making music for adults who are old enough to make adult decisions, Garry Christian remains the face and the voice of this outstanding soul outfit.
Oysterband - modern, folk-based British musicians, acoustic at heart, sometimes intense, sometimes rocking. Since 1978 they've toured in 35 countries - festivals, concerts, bars, rallies, jails, bring 'em on! - and made 12 studio albums. Music for the head, the heart & the trousers. And still improving in the bottle.
Los Pacaminos, featuring Paul Young - the very best in Tex Mex Border music, this is a tequila-fuelled night's rocking with the cactus sharp Los Pacaminos. In hats! Featuring one of Britain’s finest vocalists, Paul Young, letting his love of Tex-Mex and Spanish music flow.
System 7, featuring Steve Hillage - one of the few techno groups to feature the electric guitar (with the sound often heavily processed), Off The Tracks favourites System 7 have been part of the development of techno and ambient music for more than 20 years. Their live performance approach is a bit more extreme than the records, with tougher beats and hypnotic live echo loops.
And, returning to Off The Tracks, the UK’s most respected psy-trance night:
CABBAGE
Featuring performances from Laughing Buddha, Zub Zub, Kaya Project, Zetan Spore, O.V.N.I. & Purusha. Plus DJ sets from Mirror System, Digitalis, Seb Taylor, and the Leeds VJ Mafia, plus more.

For 2011, Off the Tracks Festivals are delighted to offer luxury camping in Camel Camp – arrive in site to a beautiful, pre-erected canvas tent, stylish and cool, with large netted ventilation areas which enable a breeze to flow through, but keep the bugs out. These elegant tents are in the style of the Touareg tribe of North Africa.
