Hop Farm Music Festival is very excited to announce that PRINCE will be taking to the stage for a staggering two and a half hours.

Speaking today, festival organiser Vince Power said: “I’m thrilled to have PRINCE closing the festival this year, fans will be treated to an amazing set.”  This is Prince’s first ever UK festival appearance and it promises to be a showstopper. It is also his first show in the UK since he broke sales records at a 21-date residency at the O2 arena in 2007.

EAGLES, MORRISSEY AND PRINCE headline the festival next weekend, 1st - 3rd July. Other great acts playing the Kent festival include: Bryan Ferry, Iggy and the Stooges, Tinie Tempah, Brandon Flowers, Lou Reed, Patti Smith, Manu Chao, The Human League, Guillemots and many many more…

Vince Power also commented: “I’m very happy with our line up and it goes to show that even independent festivals like Hop Farm, without the corporate machines, sponsorship and branding can still manage to book the biggest artists in the world.

The three-day festival will take place on Friday 1st, Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd July in Paddock Wood, Kent. Maintaining its NO SPONSORSHIP, NO BRANDING ethos, the Hop Farm will be sticking to the winning formula of showcasing legendary and contemporary acts, making it a standout fixture in the congested festival calendar.
