WORKSHOPS and other Events
Music - The Jaywalkers (youth music), Katriona Gilmore (fiddle) and Jamie Roberts (guitar). Jack McNeill & Charlie Heys also (details later).
Singing workshop with Ali Sharpe - as always!
Kids - There are lots of children's activities this year: arts & crafts, music as always as well as puppet theatre, circus workshops, giant building project.
Poetry - yes indeed. This is becoming a special feature of Purbeck Folk Festival.
Festival theme: PIRATES!
CAMPING
The definitive statement is that camping is available from 9am on the Thursday (23 August). However camping for Thursday is payable: adults £10, children £5.
There is no need to pay for this in advance. You will be charged on arrival at the camping field (access from B3069) when you pick up your wristbands.
Camping from Friday morning to Monday afternoon is free with your weekend ticket.
