Larmer Tree Festival is excited to announce their final headliner… the MOBO award winning artist Roots Manuva will headline Sunday 15th July.  Plus The Horne Section will headline the Comedy Club on Friday 13th July.

Closing the five day festival with an explosive, witty, sceptical mix of reggae, dub, electronica and gospel, Roots Manuva, who has been hailed as the voice of urban Britain, will bring his own ‘real’ sound to the Main Stage.  Audiences will enjoy hits from his five albums including his latest, the critically acclaimed 4everevolution.  Roots joins fellow headliners Paloma Faith, Amadou & Mariam, Jools Holland, and Levellers, in what is a stellar line-up.

Other newly confirmed music artists are: GIVERS, Revere, DJ Pete Lawrence, Piney Gir, RSVP, The Joker & The Thief, Trevor Moss & Hannah Lou, Owl in the Sun, Catherine Burke Band, Andrea Soler, Alex Roberts, Michael Wookey, Achilles, Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs, New Volunteer, Pip Mountjoy, Pachango, Peace, Love & Gloves and The Spitfire Sisters.

In addition to the live music, there’s also set to be plenty of laughter enlivening the stunning Larmer Tree pleasure gardens.  Joining comedy headliners, superstar Tim Minchin, The Inbetweeners’ Greg Davies, and the king of surreal one-liners, Milton Jones are The Horne Section.  On Friday evening festival-goers will be thoroughly entertained by The Horne Section’s jazz-infused comedy - live and loud, it’s part improvised, part honed, part performance and part party!  Also just added to the comedy line-up are: Nick Helm, Roisin Conaty, Naz Osmanoglu and Paul McCaffrey

Complementing the eclectic music and hilarious comedy line-up, there’s also a brilliant programme of entertainment ready to amuse people of all ages.  There’s colourful street theatre, exciting shows and workshops, Mark Kermode’s Film Club, a huge carnival procession, YouthZone, Kids’ Area, an array of stalls to browse in the Global Bazaar, hand-picked food concessions serving up tasty treats, and much, much more.

Tickets include all entertainment, free parking and camping for tents, caravans and campervans, so there are no additional costs. A three day ticket costs £140 per adult but festival-goers can enjoy a four or five day weekend for only an extra £25 or £50 respectively. Ticket links HERE
