Simple Minds, Rick Astley, and Clean Bandit are set to headline the Castle Stage at Camp Bestival 2018.  Camp Bestival takes place from Thursday 26th - Sunday 29th July at Lulworth Castle, Dorset.

Camp Bestival is recognised as one of the UK's leading family festival's, it has dedicated areas for music, comedy, DJ's and children's entertainment, on Sunday night the castle will be bathed in an amazing fireworks spectacular.  Each year Camp Bestival has a theme, in 2018 it will be 'Camp Bestival sets Sail'.

“Ahoy there shipmates and anchors aweigh! HMS Camp Bestival is ready to set sail with our first wave of salty seadogs to announce. Expect the unexpected from rock giants Simple Minds and Shed Seven to dance gurus Orbital and Basement Jaxx and a cheeky bit of Rick Astley too… and that’s just the music. From River Cottage feasts and animatronic dinosaurs, to Insect Circuses, pantomimes and a gin festival, it’s full steam ahead for 2018. All aboard!”

Orbital, and Basement Jaxx (DJ Set) are two of the headliners in the Big Top.  Other acts added to the bill include Sara Cox Presents Just Can’t Get Enough 80s, Shed Seven, and Tokio Myers.  Also appearing are Declan Mckenna, Dodie, The Skatalites, Jaguar Skills, and The Cuban Brothers Presents La Familia.

With family entertainment in mind Camp Bestival welcomes back old favourites Mr Tumble and Dick & Dom, plus Ballet with Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, and Pirates of Penzance - The Musical.  

Plus their will be great food courtesy of The Feast Collective hosted by DJ BBQ.

Charity no. 4597114). This money will be used to fund their amazing work that helps young people rebuild their confidence after being diagnosed with cancer.
