This was my first Standon Calling, but it certainly won't be my last.  Many festivals claim to be unique, but in reality are just a 'copy and paste' of existing events, however Standon Calling is truly unique and its not just the swimming pool, there's a dog show, great design wherever you look, interesting selection of food and drink, oh and the festival goers, young and old who just want to party and that's exactly what they do.  Add to the mix a diverse line up of live music, DJs and comedians and you start to understand why this year's festival was the largest to date.
