More Headliners and Support Acts Confirmed for The Magic Loungeabout
The Charlatans, quite simply are one of the UK’s defining alternative bands, taking in dance orientated rhythms as well as swirling psychedelic organs. This year they will celebrate the 15th anniversary of Tellin’ Stories – their number 1 selling iconic, neo-psychedelic album that defined a generation.
Further new additions include bright young alternative indie band Let’s Buy Happiness who debuted on the Radio 1 Big Weekend Introducing stage last year, and The Loose Salute, whose dreamy, surf rock-sounding chorus has won them many fans.
One of the defining clubs of the dance generation, Back 2 Basics, debuts at The Magic Loungeabout in the Super Club. With Dave Beer leading the charge, along with Buckley, Danielle Moore from Crazy P, Chris Duckenfield, PBR Streetgang, Frenchy and Tristan da Cunha and Disco Mums. We will be partying deep into the night with new extended opening hours too.
And over in our brand new Forest Fringe tent, check out some fine new acoustic talent from Pip Mountjoy, Ligers, John Mackie, Hannah Trigwell, M.A.S.K.S., Zemmy and The Coopers. This is the place to see future talent in a really intimate setting.
