The Strokes have been announced as the latest headliner for London's All Points East, joining The Chemical Brothers, Christine And The Queens, Bring Me The Horizon and Bon Iver.
Joining The Strokes at Victoria Park on Saturday 25th May will be The Raconteurs making their first UK appearance since 2008, plus Interpol, Johnny Marr, Paequet Courts, Jarvis Cocker plus many more.
In addition to The Strokes a number of artists have been added to the opening weekend bill.
Joining The Chemical Brothers on Friday 24th May is electronic maestro Jon Hopkins – who will be bringing his immersive, multisensory live show to Victoria Park – as well as Peggy Gou (Presents Gou Talk), Róisín Murphy, David August, Lane 8, Optimo, Petite Noir, Maurice Fulton, Josey Rebelle, Ge-ology and DMX Krew.
On Sunday 26th May, Christine and the Queens will be joined by James Blake – who’s just stunned the world with his fourth LP Assume Form – plus Kamasi Washington, Princess Nokia, Bob Moses, Andrew Weatherall, Yves Tumor (full band), Joy Orbison, Moxie (Presents On Loop), Octo Octa, Galcher Lustwerk and Paquita Gordon.
