As always with Playgroup events, expect the theme to be both ignored – and carried through in weird and wonderful ways!

After you purchase your ticket online, they will send you an official invitation and welcome pack by post – with a personal themed mission for 2012!

YOUR MISSION – should you choose to accept it – will involve joining one of 8 lost toy tribes. Take up the challenge of your assigned character and you’ll reveal extra entertainment for your weekend.

They are aiming to gather eight 600-strong tribes for theme-related puzzles, portraits, happy hours, tournaments, treasure hunts and more!Choose from Bears, Cowboys and Indians, Dinosaurs, Dolls, monsters Under the Bed, Puppets, Robots and Toy Soldiers.

Festival Launch Party!  In celebration of this year’s festival we’ve got a monster line-up of acts performing for your pleasure at Brighton’s, Concorde 2 on May 5th.
Performers include 9 piece Soundclash superstars, BABYHEAD; Ninjatunes very own DJ CHEEBA; TruThoughts amazing doubled drummed jazzstep act, HIDDEN ORCHESTRA and Brighton’s own Reggae behemoths, RESONATORS! Add too that face painting, hordes of Grannies, craft corners and a mini outdoor market and they are looking at a rather splendid night out!
