Truck Festival 2025 1st wave of artists

Truck Festival 2025 promises an unforgettable weekend, featuring the best in indie and alternative music. A staple of the UK festival calendar, Truck blends a village-like charm with a vibrant line up, making it a must-attend event for music lovers of all ages. The festival has cemented its reputation as a breeding ground for rising talent and a stage for established icons, creating a unique rite of passage for attendees.

The 2025 line up is led by heavyweights Kasabian, Courteeners, and Bloc Party, with each bringing their signature energy to the main stage. Kasabian’s dynamic performance will showcase hits like "Fire" and "Empire," alongside tracks from their new album, Happenings. Courteeners, known for anthems such as "Not Nineteen Forever" and "The 17th," promise an electrifying set, fuelled by their latest release, Pink Cactus Cafe. Bloc Party will open the festival on Thursday with a special performance of their debut album Silent Alarm in full, paired with their greatest hits.

Marking a festival exclusive, Nothing But Thieves will headline, delivering a powerful finale to their Dead Club City World Tour. With their signature soaring vocals and impactful guitar riffs, they’ll captivate the crowd with tracks from their chart-topping album.

Truck 2025 celebrates indie and alternative music. Blossoms, Franz Ferdinand, and The Last Dinner Party bring their distinctive styles, while breakthrough acts like Wunderhorse and CMAT deliver fresh perspectives. Fans will also enjoy trailblazers such as Maximo Park, Lime Garden, and Sports Team, alongside genre-defying sets from Alfie Templeman and Lambrini Girls.

Beyond the music, Truck’s community vibe shines through with quirky activities, including a mosh pit with The Oxford Symphony Orchestra, a Sunday workout led by Mr. Motivator, and Barrioke with Shaun Williamson. The festival fosters discovery, showcasing emerging talents like Luvcat, Chloe Slater, and Only The Poets, offering attendees the chance to find their next favourite artist.

Truck’s broad appeal, blending nostalgia and innovation, is enhanced by its affordability and inclusivity, ensuring it remains a cornerstone of UK festivals. With a line up celebrating the past, present, and future of music, Truck Festival 2025 is set to deliver a weekend of unforgettable performances, euphoric singalongs, and shared memories, solidifying its status as “Your Favourite Artists’ Favourite Festival.”

Speaking about Truck Festival 2025, Festival Manager Lily Brimble and Head Of Marketing Sam Harris said:

“We are incredibly excited to reveal what we’ve been working on in Truck HQ with the first details of Truck 2025! Like a big coming together of our favourite bands, mates and every ridiculous idea we’ve chucked around the office - 2025 may just be our most complete Truck weekender to date. Whether it’s massive headline turns from Kasabian, Courteeners, FINALLY welcoming Bloc Party to Truck and playing host to Nothing But Thieves first-ever UK festival headline slot for their only UK show of the year or the ridiculously stacked bill of unmissable names we can’t wait to see such as Blossoms, The Last Dinner Party, Wunderhorse, Hard Life, The Big Moon, Sports Team, Corella, Luvcat, Only The Poets and Lambrini Girls amongst many others. We’ve been promised a serenade from CMAT too so all we’re missing now is all of you - the Truckers that make this weekend so special."
