Unearthed Festival 2018, near St Davids in Pembrokeshire, is a three day music festival for both the mind and body with a wonderful life enhancing vibe centred on the principle of 'The expansion of consciousness from the material to the ethereal'.
There is a whole host of thought provoking, and yet calming happenings over the weekend, with oodles of talks, workshops, and immersive sessions to satisfy both body and soul. 2018 witnesses the introduction of ‘The Healing Temple’; a hotspot for energetic medicine and healing – it sounds fabulous! Whilst the music is just one facet of the overall vibe of Unearthed, it is, nonetheless, a magical line-up of world music, roots, and reggae with the likes of Jamie Rodigan, Macka B, Wille and The Bandits, Captain Accidents, Jodie Marie, I See Rivers, Sky Barkers, Ichi, and Soothsayers performing over the weekend.
Festivals For All reviewers simply love this bash in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside. Previously known by the moniker of ‘Unearthed In A Field Festival’, this is a cracker … here’s what our FFA reviewer said about last year’s shenanigans:
“A place of such sacred beauty deserves a jewel at its heart and Festivals For All may well have discovered it in a field near the ancient Welsh capital of St David’s. Unearthed in a Field was a stunning festival and managed to capture that intangible mystical power of the land and channel it in expressions of words, music, dance and song that, well, simply blew this Reviewer away.”
