WOWfest have confirmed they are to host the 2012 Live and Unsigned champion on their main stage at their 2012 event! Not only this, but the new festival based in the Isle of Wight, are sponsoring the Live and Unsigned Grand Final Acoustic Category by giving the category winner a slot on the Shaved Fish stage! 

WOWfest is the UK's brightest and biggest new festival for 2012. The festival looks to provide a strong green ethos, with an emphasis on veggie, locally sourced and organic food, and will provide a tantalizing selection of workshops and activities for kids and families.

Tickets for the festival are now on sale HERE for a bargain early bird weekend price of £99 (including free travel on Southern Vectis buses). The early bird prices for the Isle of Wight based festival are for a limited period only, and many tickets have already been snapped up since the announcement of UB40, Paul Oakenfold, Soul 11 Soul, The Beat, Norman Jay, Danny Rampling, The Selecter, Bad Manners, Neville Staple of the Specials, Bez from the Happy Mondays' acid house night, Manos De Dios, Black Roots, Talisman and a host of other top names all appearing at WOWfest over the weekend - with a lot more to come yet. 

WOWfest also sees a very promising stage for newer acts evolving - The Shaved Fish stage highlights global and local up and coming bands ensuring that plenty of young and unsigned talent gets to share the event with some of the classiest live performers alive today.
