Beyond the Border Wales International Storytelling Festival takes place at St Donats Castle, in the Vale of Glamorgan in July.

The festival is a celebration of the world’s oral and musical traditions, held every other year in the beautiful South Wales countryside. They’re expecting a fabulous line up of tellers and tales – including some new commissions, and exclusive International performances.….. 3 days, 9 venues and over 100 performances!

In the grounds of St Donats Castle, a magnificent feast of stories and music from Wales and the world. The festival will also include epic singers, musicians, circus performers, puppeteers, street theatre artists, films, fire shows and wild dancing.
