The Grand Finale Festival was the brainchild of a few members of staff at a few much larger festivals. At the end of the 2010 season they felt that they needed a festival of their own to enjoy without the stress of the weather and sleeping in a cold soggy field and one to mark the end of summer and the return to normal life. 

It was the aim of the small team at the Grand Finale Festival to put on an event with the appeal of the larger festivals but with a small community feel with the buzz of an end of season crew party. Working with Pontins at Camber Sands would have given us a unique opportunity to combine the best of the summer festivals with an element of basic comfort and luxury.

However due to the difficult financial state at the moment and with a market full of festivals we were forced to start much smaller than we set out. This gives us chance to build upon our brand and build a fan base... that's where you come in!

We are totally independent, innovative and intimate. Capacity for 2011 will now be just 600 so you will need to act fast to get your ticket. We aren't run for profit we just want to put on the ultimate party each year, after all after a long summer of festivals you deserve it!
