The great news is that super-early bird tickets for the Purbeck Folk Festival are now on sale. This is a special offer to people on the festival mailing list. We are offering the first 200 weekend tickets at the 2011 price of £65. We will once again have a superb line-up and, as always, free campingin the idyllic setting of Wilkswood Farm.

The festival was a great success in 2012. Brilliant music all weekend!! However the success of the festival has adownside. For 2012 we have had to become VAT-registered which means ticket prices have to go up in order to maintain the level of music we book. So,after the 'super-early bird tickets are sold, weekend ticket prices rise to £80 until 30 June and £85 after that. This is still fabulous value for money.Please understand that we will keep prices as low as we possibly can and we intend to keep the festival small and friendly.Tickets are sold by Ticket South

LINE-UPWe will be announcing the full line-up in March. We are still in negotiations with some top-name artists and bands so please be patient with us. Forthe present we can say that we have booked THE DESTROYERS, Canadian stars LARKIN POE and brilliant seven piece THE OLD DANCE SCHOOL. From 2011line-up we have brought back THE MOULETTES and Irish-Aussie blues duo HAT FITZ & CARA ROBINSON. Also we have booked numerous young acts fromthe vibrant Britfolk scene including GILMORE:ROBERTS and TYDE. More information soon!

If you like the music at Purbeck Folk Festival, you will probably like the line-up for Bournemouth Folk Festival which takes place at the BIC on Friday 23and Saturday 24 March.
